Policies


All bookings must be made through our online booking system. If you are having a hard time booking please reach out to 808-679-2587 and leave a message. All appointments will require a credit card to be on file in case of a no show. No Shows WILL be charged 50% of the service. If you are someone who likes to no show please read this before booking.

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment you must give me 48-hour notice. If I do not receive 48 hour notice this could result in refusal of future services.

There is a strict NO REFUND policy on all training/services. This includes last minute cancellations, changing your mind, or being sick. Once you have left a deposit or paid for your training it becomes non refundable. If you have a valid reason for canceling such as being sick, child care, or an emergency you will be allowed to transfer to a different date within 1 year without having to pay again.

Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, discover. 

All credit card transactions will be charged sales tax 4.712% and a card processing fee of 2.6%
